My real estate business is STEAM in action - a little bit art and a little bit science. (Ok, it's a lot-a-bit science.) We live in a data driven community and thus, my approach is also data driven.

However, I also recognize that homes are more than just numbers. You should LOVE where you live...so sometimes it's ok to look beyond the numbers. Buyers and sellers feel an overwhelming amount of pressure to time their move "to the market". In my opinion, life is too short to be unhappy regardless of what the market is doing. It's ALWAYS the right time to live your best life!
